Photography Booking

1. DEFINITIONS “Photographer” means the photographer providing services for the Client as detailed in this Agreement;

“Client” means the person or company with whom the Photographer has entered into this Agreement;

“Photography Session” means the photographic session arranged by the Client and Photographer;

“Images” means the photographs provided by the Photographer to the Client.

2. BOOKING FEE The Client agrees to pay a booking fee to the Photographer (half of the session fee) in order to secure the Photography Session. This fee is refundable if session is cancelled at least 24 hour before the scheduled time of the Photography Session.

3. PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION The photography session will take place at a mutually agreed upon time and location. The Client agrees to be punctual for the Photography Session.

4. PAYMENT The Client agrees to pay the Photographer for the Photography Session in full at the conclusion of the session. The Client agrees to pay for any additional images requested.

5. IMAGES The Photographer will provide the Client with a selection of professionally edited Images from the Photography Session. The Images will be available for download via Microsoft Cloud.
